[4/30, 11:26 AM] Ismeeeeeeel: Commending the effort of our honourable brother(Jibril) Who had had the thought of Reviving the knowledge of the Qur'an most especially the young youth by sharing ideas with brothers and sisters in the field to see how well that could be carried out.
[4/30, 11:34 AM] Ismeeeeeeel: Alhamdulillah it had not been an easy tasks (great things do not come easy). Once again, Alhamdulillah to have accomplished 5 successful programs, this year's own becomes the 6th while we would be looking up to how to get it done but a different strategy to accomplish that and that will be explained below. Though brother Jibril had given some clues above.
[4/30, 12:11 PM] Ismeeeeeeel: Below had been ways we have programmed the event annually:
1. We send invitation letters to Islamic schools and Madrasa's to enroll their students into various categories of the programeg 2hifz, 5hifz,10hifz etc procedures are in well details in the letter on how to enroll and also we inform them in our letter the days we come to screen their participants for the programs. And that very day, we inform them the day of it commencement.
2. It holds during the month of Ramadan and usually commence when Ramadan is on the 10th, if only it falls on Friday if it doesn't we schedule a day which actually falls on Friday.
3. We camp them for 3days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) to entertainment and educate them with other Islamic morals and teachings. Sunday evening they move back home to prepare for the competition.
4. The competition holds the next weekend on Saturday while the participants and honoured with presents on Sunday.
5. Finally, that's how we've been organising the programs for the Young youth on how to keep steadfast in learning the knowledge of Qur'an.
Note :
1. We solicits for the program.
2. We finance the activities before the camping from our savings or account.
3. We are fully in charge of the students well-being during the camping eg their feeding, safety, health etc
4. We invite Islamic speakers to educate the children during the camping.
5. During camping we schedules eg Tilawah class and others accept/knowledge of Qur'an, Qiyamuly, wordings Hadith and practical knowledge of it etc

The goal is to "Revive/promote the recitation of the Qur'an, acknowledge it beauty to the youth instead of Music, and it teachings too to these very young children"

1. Islamic lectures in various Islamic/ government secondary schools.
2. We are looking forward to organize these programs at tertiary institutions both Qur'an recitation and Islamic lectures.
3. Lastly we are looking forward to other ideas to how we can improve the Islamic knowledge in our communities and the nation at large.

1. Your intention of being part of these initiative? Don't forget it been for the pleasure of Allaah and his reward to your good deeds. Always ensure you remind yourself of that, because with out that is just like trying to feel a basket with water. These should be applied to your deeds all time. For the sake of who? Allaah! Ma shaa Allaah
2. Your fully contribution(wealth, effort etc) is highly need all time when we need our selves.
3. Sometimes we encounter difficulties eg disappointments from schools, from colleagues etc. Verily it's a test from Allaah! Let's patiently beware them and look forward to solutions, it's a sign of productivity most times.
If there are more to remind ourselves with don't hesitate to do that often, we need it. In shaa Allah it will benefit us"verily reminder benefit those who believe"

Now looking forward to this years program: "it will be a different way to achieve it" I mentioned that earlier, actually due to the world pandemic virus, why?
1. To earn more reward for doing Good deeds during this blessed month
2. To take off doubt of it existence (we have been receiving calls for the program)
3. To encourage the youth and to help them to build a strong relationship with the Qur'an during the pandemic break.
4. Teach the youth some Islamic morals and teachings too.

[4/30, 2:22 PM] Ismeeeeeeel: *THE DISCUSSION WE HAD AND CONCLUSION WE HAD ON HOW TO MAKE THIS YEAR'S PROGRAM A SUCCESS BI'IZ NI LLAH!*

Points of the matter where :
We agree on having 3categories
1. 2 hifz for primary schools & Madarasa's
2. 5 hifz for junior secondary schools & Madarasa's
3. 10 hifz secondary schools & Madarasa's
1. Every activity of the program will be online and if possible make it a live radio broadcast program.
2. Send SMS to schools and Madarasa's for request for their participation of their students
ie
a.This activity involves every member but schools must be within ilorin.
b. Purchase for online form ₦500 for each participant from the 3 categories by the school management... Note : the form will have space for the contact of their guidance/ purchase of form through SMS by sending bank details to the school management and request of the name of students and contact of guidance
3. Having been able to complied the names and contacts of their guidance, we create a group for them and that will serve a the camping avenue for the participants... We will Use that means to send teachings for the kids 1. Islamic lecture by a prominent scholar on any topic of the Qur'an 2. Sirah/ Tarikh(Islamic history) 3. QUR'AN lessons on how to improve recitation 4. And Hadith and possible short Videos containing some Hadith practical lessons etc Note: we have to schedule a time table for that while we drop the guidance guides for the competition and urge them to put their kids through.
4. After the 3 days camping via whatsapp, we will fix a time table(depending on the number of participants) for the participant to have his participation for the competition.
a. It will be done through via whatsapp call or phone call having it 4 multi receiver on the call eg the participant, the 2 judges and lastly the time keeper. Meanwhile the call is recorded for proper score after the call.
5. After all participation. Judges give out scores and we present the gift after the pandemic in shaa Allaah. I suggest that should be a day event where we invite dignitaries, schools and Ward the present.
